Secure Check-In & Guest Protection All guests are required to complete their check-in through our secure guest portal, which includes identity verification and a mandatory, non-refundable Guest Protection Waiver. This requirement is part of building regulations and ensures compliance while providing added protection for guests throughout their stay. The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and provides coverage of up to $400 for accidental damages, giving you peace of mind during your stay. Parking: Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.
